Welcome to Skye Link. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the skyelink.org website, including any related media, content, and mobile-optimized versions (collectively, the "Website"), as well as your engagement of drone data collection and consulting services from Skye Link, Inc. and its affiliated companies ("Skye Link," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Website, or by requesting or receiving services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.
Skye Link provides managed drone data services for commercial field operations, including but not limited to solar thermography inspection, drone LiDAR mapping, utility and wind turbine inspection, engineering/AEC aerial surveying, rooftop CAD modeling, construction progress documentation, and related consulting and training (collectively, the "Services"). Unlike prior versions of this site, Skye Link performs these Services directly — we are not a marketplace connecting you with independent third-party operators.
Service descriptions on the Website are provided for general informational purposes. The specific scope of work, deliverables, pricing, timeline, and terms for any engagement are governed by a separate written proposal, quote, or services agreement ("Service Agreement") between you and Skye Link. If anything in a Service Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Service Agreement controls for that engagement.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Website or engage our Services. If you are using the Website or engaging Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to both you individually and that entity.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract between you and Skye Link. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Website content without our prior written consent.
Ownership of deliverables produced as part of a Service engagement (such as inspection reports, imagery, LiDAR point clouds, or CAD models) is governed by the applicable Service Agreement. In the absence of a specific written agreement, Skye Link grants clients a license to use delivered data for the client's internal business purposes, while Skye Link retains ownership of underlying methodologies, templates, and any Skye Link proprietary tools used to produce the deliverables.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide about the Website or our Services may be used by Skye Link without obligation or compensation to you.
If the Website allows you to submit information, testimonials, or other content ("User Content"), you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate any third party's rights or any applicable law. You grant Skye Link a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Website and our Services.
