Industry Experience:

I have held a Rotorcraft/Helicopter license since 2004 and was one of the early FAA certified sUAS pilots when the Part 107 certification was developed. I have over twenty years experience in Federal law enforcement and have a law degree, so I conduct my operations by the book and in a safe manner. As of July 2019, I will hold Level I Thermograph Certification. I am located in the Antelope Valley, California, an area known for its challenging airspace in Northern Los Angeles County, home of Edwards Air Force Base, U.S. Air Force Plant 42, Lockheed Skunk Works, Boeing Phantom Works, Mojave Space Port, Virgin Galactic, and a burgeoning solar and wind energy industry. I have extensive experience in teaching, as a co-developer of an industry first Law Enforcement Technology Accredited Degree Program. I currently have FAA Wide-Area Authorizations for Palmdale and Lancaster, California.
