Industry Experience:
I am an Instrument Rated Private Pilot and a Certified Part 107 Remote Pilot and have been involved in various areas of Aviation for many years. As a software engineer, I developed custom drone firmware (DJI and 3DR platforms) and iOS software for a variety of customers including GoPro. I originally became involved with UAVs to assist with Geologic research in hard-to-reach terrain. Specialties include: 3D Terrain Mapping, multi-spectral imagery, site inspection, and education. Experienced with complex waiver submittals for UAV operation in Class B and Military Airspace.
